Membership Agreement

1. Service Description

Transa AI membership is a paid subscription service that may provide benefits such as ad-free saving of generated images and videos, plan-based coin rewards, and other member features shown in the app.

2. Subscription Plans

Transa AI may offer weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, or other subscription plans. The exact plan period, price, bonus coins, and benefits are displayed before purchase in the app or in Google Play.

3. Automatic Renewal

Unless canceled before the end of the current billing period, a subscription may automatically renew according to Google Play billing rules. Renewal charges are made through the Google Play account used for purchase.

4. Billing and Payment

All subscription payments are processed by Google Play. Transa AI does not directly collect or store full payment card information. Prices may vary by country, region, currency, taxes, promotions, and Google Play policy.

5. Managing or Canceling Membership

You can manage or cancel your subscription through Google Play subscription settings. Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal, but the current membership benefits may remain available until the end of the paid billing period.

6. Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to Google Play policies and applicable law. Unless required by law or Google Play policy, subscription fees already charged are non-refundable.

7. Member Coins and Benefits

Some membership plans may include bonus coins. Coins may be used for eligible AI image or video generation features. Coins have no cash value, are not legal tender, and cannot be transferred outside the app unless expressly permitted.

8. Changes to Membership

We may change membership benefits, plan availability, pricing, renewal rules, or promotional offers from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the app, on this page, or through other reasonable notice.

9. Eligibility and Proper Use

Membership does not remove your responsibility to use Transa AI lawfully. You must have permission to use all face images, photos, videos, likenesses, and other materials submitted for generation.

10. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or limit membership benefits if we reasonably believe the app is being used unlawfully, abusively, fraudulently, or in violation of the User Agreement.

11. Relationship to Other Terms

This Membership Agreement supplements the Transa AI User Agreement and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict about subscription benefits, this Membership Agreement applies to the membership service.

12. Updates

We may update this Membership Agreement. Continued use of membership benefits after an update means you accept the revised terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
