User Agreement
These terms govern your use of Transa AI, an Android AI image and video face swap application for users 18 years of age or older.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Transa AI, you agree to this User Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and any purchase or membership terms that apply to your use.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Transa AI. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your use of AI-generated image and video features.
3. Permitted Use
Transa AI provides creative tools for generating image and video face swap results from templates and user-selected materials. You may use the app only for lawful, authorized, and respectful purposes.
4. User Responsibilities
- You must have all rights, permissions, and consents required for any face, photo, video, likeness, or other material you use.
- You must not create deceptive, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, illegal, or harmful content.
- You must not impersonate another person, mislead viewers, violate privacy rights, or use results in a way that suggests false endorsement.
- You must not reverse engineer, attack, overload, or interfere with the app or related services.
5. AI Results
AI-generated results may be inaccurate, imperfect, or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing results before saving, sharing, publishing, or otherwise using them.
6. Coins and Paid Features
Transa AI may offer coin purchases. Coins can be used for image and video generation features. Coin availability, package sizes, pricing, and usage rules may change over time. Unless required by law or Google Play policy, coin purchases are not redeemable for cash.
7. Subscriptions
Transa AI may offer subscription plans through Google Play. Subscriptions provide the benefits described in the app, such as ad-free saving benefits and plan-based coin rewards. Subscription use is also governed by the Membership Agreement.
8. Google Play Billing
Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refund requests are handled through Google Play and may be subject to Google's terms and policies.
9. Intellectual Property
Transa AI, including its design, software, templates, branding, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit the app except as permitted by this Agreement.
10. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, templates, pricing, coins, subscriptions, or the app itself at any time. We may also update these terms when needed.
11. Disclaimer
Transa AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free results, or that generated content will meet your expectations.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Transa AI and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
