Transa AI is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you must not use the app.

We limit collection to the following information:

• User ID, used to identify the app session or user record.
• Coin balance and coin purchase information, used to provide paid generation features.
• Subscription information, used to provide membership benefits and subscription status.

3. On-Device Information

Photos, videos, templates selected by the user, favorites, local app preferences, generation records, and similar app data are stored on the user's phone for app functionality. We do not collect this information from the device.

4. User-Selected Media

When you actively choose to create an AI result, selected media may be processed only for that requested creation. Transa AI does not use user-selected media to identify you, sell data, build advertising profiles, or create unrelated datasets.

5. Purchases and Subscriptions

Coin purchases and subscriptions are handled through Google Play. Google may process purchase, payment, and account information under Google's own policies. Transa AI receives only the information needed to confirm coin balances and subscription status.

6. How We Use Information

We use the limited information we collect to maintain your user ID, show your coin balance, confirm purchase status, provide subscription benefits, prevent misuse, and operate app functionality.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We do not share the limited information we collect except when needed to operate purchases, subscriptions, requested AI creation, comply with law, or protect the rights and safety of users and the service.

8. Data Retention

User ID, coin information, and subscription information are retained only as long as needed to provide the app, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain purchase records. Data stored locally on the phone can be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the app.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited information described in this policy. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

10. Your Choices

You may stop using the app, clear local app data on your Android device, manage subscriptions through Google Play, or contact us about privacy requests.
